Many Grand Forks residents endured the rain for first car show of the year

The light rain did not interrupt the first ‘Show N’ Shine’ held at TM Autosports in Grand Forks.

Attendees showed off their cars and discussed upgrades and summer projects they have in mind.

While many of the owners race their souped-up vehicles at local tracks, others just like cruising around in style.

“When we put these things on, a lot of people that don’t come out as often tend to show up. So it’s really fun getting to talk to them and seeing what they’ve done to their car in the past few months is really nice as well,” said Sara Lancaster, TM Autosports.

Sunday’s event was the first of two shows that TM Autosports hosts each summer.
