New menu for a summer brunch

THE Opposite by Jenson Hu has launched a new weekend brunch menu featuring three courses for 198 yuan (US$28.7) a head.

The ricotta cheese with beets, honeycomb, honey hazelnuts and flaxseed served with toasted bread is not to be missed. Or try the chicken liver pâté with honey and grilled breads and cheese egg bites paired with cherry tomato and avocado. For the main, the spicy tuna sushi pizza layers fresh tuna, tobiko and tamago on sushi.

The slow-roasted chicken with poutine or the garlic sausage burger are also delicious options. The two-hour free flow of sparkling wine adds 188 yuan. Dessert of the day is 48 yuan.
